If travelling by car, there is plenty of street parking available around our 400 City Rd address. If you are using PTV (Public Transport Victoria), any of the following trams will deliver you close by:

• Route 109 tram heading towards Port Melbourne: Disembark at Clarendon St/ Normanby Rd (Stop 125). 400 City Rd is a short, 6 minute walk from the tram stop.
• Route 96 tram heading towards St Kilda—Fitzroy Street: Disembark at Clarendon St/Normanby Rd (Stop 125). 400 City Rd is a short, 6 minute walk from the tram stop.
• Route 12 tram heading towards St Kilda—Fitzroy St: Disembark at City Rd/ Clarendon St (Stop 126— right next to McDonald’s). 400 City Road is a short, 4 minute walk from the tram stop.

Metered street parking is available along Cecil Street, Haig Street, Whiteman Street and Ferrars Street.

During our Sunday services, we offer live translation for Spanish, Mandarin, Korean & Japanese.

Spanish - all services (9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 3:30 PM & 6:00 PM)
Mandarin - 9:30 AM & 6:00 PM only
Japanese - 9:30 AM only
Korean - 11:30 AM only

A mobile device and headphones are required to access the translation service (through the Interactio App). Bluetooth headphones are available to borrow, however, we recommend bringing your own as there are only a limited number of headphones available. Our service usually runs for around 90 minutes.

Planetshakers Church is fully wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, one of our friendly Guest Services Team members will guide you to reserved, easy-access seating in our auditorium.

While you enjoy the service, your children can participate in an age-appropriate, fun and stimulating church experience of their own, with access to our state-of the art facilities and indoor playground. Planetkids programs run concurrently with every church service on a Sunday and cater for children aged 9 months to 12 years old.

Parents Room

Our Parent's Room is designed to enable parents and carers to attend to the needs of their children, below the age of 2 years old. While feeding, changing or comforting your child, you can continue to enjoy the service as it is live-streamed on a wall-mounted television. Change tables and microwave are available for your convenience. As space is limited, we ask parents and carers to return to the auditorium as soon as possible, to allow others to access the facilities.

Prams

Planetshakers Church is fully pram accessible. You are welcome to take your pram into the main auditorium or the Parent’s Room. Reserved seating is available for parents with prams, to allow easy navigation in and out of the auditorium. One of our helpful Guest Services Team members will direct you upon arrival.

We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.

We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.

We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ as both God and man is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life.

We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and the ‘new birth’ we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives.

We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful lives that God intends for us, we need to be baptised in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to use spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues.

We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together for fellowship, prayer and the ‘breaking of bread’.

We believe that God has individually equipped us so that we can successfully achieve His purpose for our lives which is to worship God, fulfil our role in the Church and serve the community in which we live.

We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and blessed lives in order to help others more effectively.

We believe that our eternal destination of either Heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
