Devotion
The song “Born To Praise” is based on the incredible truth that we were made for God. We were made to praise Him, we were made to worship Him. Every part of our day has the potential to be an act of praise and worship towards our powerful God. This is a truth that holds steadfast in every moment of every day; not just in the good or easy times in our life. The very core of who we are yearns for a Saviour; the One through which all things have been created. We were custom-made for Him! He longs for our attention, for our worship.
As you go throughout your day, ask the Holy Spirit to show you how everything you do can be an act of worship unto Him. Big or small, He wants to be engaged in it all. You bring Him such joy when you make Him the centre of your world. Know that the joy inside of you, that song of praise from within, is who you are and it is who He made you to be. Make a conscious choice to pay attention to the inner voice of worship and involve Him in the decisions you make today. Give Jesus the opportunity to guide you as you go about your day praising Him.
