Minors are only allowed if accompanied by a vaccinated parent or guardian. Both must have event tickets to enter the venue or attend the event.

It is SM Mall of Asia Arena’s policy that children under 3 ft. will be permitted to enter the venue for free. However, if your child is taller than 3 ft., all normal ticket fees apply.

Yes! We will be selling our brand new official merchandise collection from this Abundance tour. This collection includes various T-shirts and other items that will be available at the SM arena the day of the event.  Details about prices will also be available there.

The SM Mall of Asia Arena has accessible parking areas around its vicinity. Apart from the Mall of Asia Parking Facility (South Wing), the neighboring Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) building can accommodate up to 1,400 parking slots.

Filming or recording of the concert in its entirety is strictly prohibited. However, Non-professional, non-flash, still photography will be permitted, so we would love for you to capture photos and short videos and share your experience with family and friends on social media! No, Planetshakers Abundance Tour is a one night concert where we will be praising and worshipping God together.

SM Mall of Asia Arena is a PWD-friendly events venue that considers Special Access lanes and seating areas for PWDs located around the venue. We have allotted seats for PWDs per floor. Just inform SM Tickets when buying your tickets.

There are accessible parking areas around its vicinity. Apart from the Mall of Asia Parking Facility (South Wing), the neighboring Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) building can accommodate up to 1,400 parking slots. There are also 720 parking slots available in the newly built NU Mall of Asia (NUMA) Building.

Bring only your essentials, eg: your phone, wallet, and ticket. Strictly No Bag Policy. Carry only personal belongings that can fit a 30x30cm pouch.
